Ihmisille, jotka arvostavat toisten tekemiä käsitöitä, on kiva tehdä lahjoja itse. Anopilla oli syntymäpäivät maaliskuun lopussa (tämä päivitys muutaman viikon myöhässä) ja koska kevät on jo suhteellisen pitkällä halusin tehdä kesäisen kevyen huivin hänelle lahjaksi. Langaksi valikoitui puro batikin väreistä juuri tämä, koska siinä on anopin lempivärejä. Mietin erilaisia pitsivaihtoehtoja mutta loppujen lopuksi päädyin Ravelrystä löytämääni ohjeeseen, jossa kuvio muodostuu langankiertoja pudottamalla.
It's nice to give hand made presents to persons who value them. My mother-in-law had birthday at the end of March (this post is few weeks late) and as there has been already warm spring days I wanted to knit light summer scarf to her as a present. I pondered with several different lace pattern alternatives but at the end I chose this pattern from Ravelry, where the dropped yarn overs form the pattern.
